Follow these guidelines to initiate a return：

1.Apply for Return

If you need to initiate a return, please email returns@beautikini.com and we will provide you with a return application link. Alternatively, you can click the return entry button or link in the order confirmation email you received when you made your purchase.

2.Free Return logistics

Once your return request is approved, you can download a free shipping label. Simply print it out and use it to ship the items back to us. No need to worry about shipping fees, as they're covered by us. You can then bring the items to a nearby pickup spot for easy shipment.

3.Return Status & Refunds

Track the status of your return shipment and validation through the return entry on your order details page. Once verified, you will receive a refund in the form of shop credits (Beautikini Gems) or the original payment method.

United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Belgium, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Brazil, Israel, Netherlands, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Ukraine, Mexico.

All returns are eligible for either a STORE CREDIT refund in the form of Beautikini Gems or an ORIGINAL PAYMENT refund. When selecting the store credit option for a return, you will receive a higher value of Gems than the original order value:

  • For orders below $60, you will receive 1.2 times the order amount in Gems.
  • For orders of $60 or above, you will receive 1.1 times the order amount in Gems.

This means that when you return an item for the first time, you will receive Gems that exceed the value of the product.

If you choose the original payment refund option, you will receive a full refund of the product's value.

Customers are able to return items within 30 days from when the order was received. After 30 days, a purchase/return is no longer eligible for a refund. Items must be clean and unworn. If the items are worn/dirty, we will refuse the exchange/refund.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the same email used to purchase the order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information - typically 3-5 business days.

Beautikini is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Beautikini will not issue store credit or cash refunds for your returns.

All countries not listed above sales are final. Please also note that Beautikini is not responsible for any custom fees that apply to any orders, lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages.

All international and US orders are shipped through YUN EXPRESS, USPS, FedEx or UPS.
